Brendan graduated from the University of Queensland in December 2014 with a Bachelor of Commerce and Law (Honours). He started his career in 2015 working for Ernst & Young in their Assurance division as a graduate Auditor. Brendan joined The Macro Group in July 2016 as an Accountant, and became a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand in 2019. Since this time, Brendan has gained valuable experience assisting a range of clients with either managing their tax affairs or providing them with relevant and useful advice related to tax matters impacting their businesses. He is passionate about uncovering practical solutions to problems encountered by clients, irrespective of their simplicity or complexity.
Brendan’s exposure to client industries encompasses: retail; hospitality; real estate; property management; dental services; medical services; legal services; and primary production. Brendan advises a wide variety of clients in Structuring for Growth, Tax & Accounting, International Tax, and Superannuation.
