John started his career with a Chartered Accounting firm in Brisbane in 1991, however following the completion of his MBA in 2001 has worked in Small to Medium businesses in various General Management and Finance Roles.
He is particularly interested in working in either turnaround situations or with high growth companies experiencing rapid change.
In each case he has brought his analytical skills and focus on building stable ongoing business structures to ensure growth and development of those businesses.
John is a strong advocate that excellent customer service is the primary driver of business performance, and to achieve this you need to have a deep understanding of your customer. John is a member of the Australian Institute of Management.
